Deleting your account
How to have your Krushnay ERP account and your personal details removed, what goes, what your employer has to keep, and how long it takes.
Last updated 10 September 2026
The short version. Ask your organisation's administrator, or email gediya.kalpesh@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. Your account and personal details are removed within 30 days. The purchase orders and stock counts you recorded stay in your employer's books, because they are your employer's records rather than yours.
1. Who deletes what
Krushnay ERP is workplace software. Your account was created for you by the organisation you work for, and it exists inside their workspace. That shapes who can delete what:
- Your account — your name, your work email, your sign-in history and the phone you registered for notifications. This is yours, and it is removed on request.
- The work recorded under it — the orders you raised, the deliveries you signed for, the stock you counted. These are your employer's business records. We cannot delete them at the request of an individual employee any more than a bank could delete a branch's ledger at the request of a cashier.
If you are the organisation's administrator and want the entire workspace deleted — every record in it, not just one account — say so in your email and we will confirm it with you before anything is removed.
2. How to ask
Either route works, and neither requires you to still have access to the app.
- Ask your administrator. Anyone with People → Team access in your organisation can deactivate and remove a member directly. This is usually the fastest, because it does not wait on us.
- Email us at gediya.kalpesh@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the words delete my account. Sending it from your own sign-in address is how we know the request is really yours; if you no longer have that mailbox, write from any address and we will verify another way rather than refusing.
We acknowledge within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, which is the outer limit set by the data protection law described in our privacy notice. In practice it is usually the same week.
3. What is removed
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your membership of the workspace, and the permissions attached to it.
- Every notification registration for your phones, so nothing further reaches your devices.
- Any sign-in codes and sessions, immediately — you are signed out everywhere.
- Your photograph or signature image, where you uploaded one to your profile.
4. What is kept, and why
Business records created in the course of your work stay in your employer's workspace. A purchase order still has to show who approved it, and a goods-received note still has to show who signed for the delivery — that is what makes them worth anything as records, and both UAE and Indian law require a business to keep them.
Where your name appears on such a record it is retained as part of that record. It is not used to contact you, it is not sold, and it is not combined with anything else. Your employer decides how long their books are kept; the periods we apply to everything else are in the privacy notice.
The delivery photographs and driver signatures captured in the app belong to the same category: they are proof that goods arrived, attached to an order, and they are your employer's to keep or remove.
5. Removing the app
Signing out in the app removes that handset's notification registration immediately, so it stops receiving anything even before an account is deleted. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on the phone. Neither one deletes your account on its own — for that, use one of the two routes in section 2.
